Not sure if anyone would be interested in this. 1981 Fender Lead 1 all original with hard case. Awesome condition. Preferably local unless you want to pay for shipping + insurance. $600 obo or trade for another guitar. #Fender #Guitar #ForSale (at Gru Cru HQ)
I would very much like to own this guitar.

Be right back, selling my body.
This is the Telecaster I played at Guitar Center the other day. Just did some digging online and found out it’s a GC exclusive model. I hate that store but come on, just look at it. Definitely trying to get one.
Went to Portland early for once. My mom wanted to go hang out for her birthday. We stopped at a music shop and they had two 1980 Fender Lead II’s in pretty good condition. If I had an extra $700 I’d totally buy one. I love those guitars. I also drooled over some old Boss pedals and a 1983 JCM 800. Ate Sizzle Pie with my girlfriend, my family, Max, Shelby, and Makayla. Poked around record shops. The last one we went to was 2nd Avenue Records. That place has the coolest stuff. I got some tapes thanks to Makayla giving me some money because she’s super nice. I was going to buy a Lawrence Arms record but I couldn’t pass these up.

- Embrace
- Fugazi - Red Medicine
- 7 Seconds - Walk Together, Rock Together
Also, I have the best girlfriend ever and going to Portland to see her is really fun.
Pretty sweet that they actually came out with this. Only thing is, it’s definitely a lower-end model…I’d like to play one to see how it sounds before I dropped $350 on it, though that is pretty reasonable. I’d much rather have that Skiba Signature GPC back though. ;D
